When I first moved in with Ferret Girl, she discovered in the dining room this totally massive potted plant. Really, it stands a good 6' tall at it's highest point, and spreads as you might expect. I never bothered to find out what it was, so I went searching yesterday for the true species.

Turns out it's a dieffenbachia, which I have now suddenly dubbed "Dief the Chief" (Canadian readers may now groan in pain).

Anyhow, he's a handsome spirit, so why not give him the spotlight?
